Georgian wines with controlled indication of origin. The meaning of the designation of origin corresponds to the French "AOC" (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) or the Italian "DOC" (Denominazione di origine controllata). Typical protected appellations are e.g. Akhasheni, Khvanchkara, Kindzmarauli, Mukuzani, Napareuli, Tsinandali and Tvishi.
Kakheti
