A. Shipping costs and information:

Information about the delivery area, shipping costs and delivery periods

The goods can only be shipped as standard to the below listed countries. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below. The additional delivery times for shipping abroad must be added to the delivery time stated for the respective item.

Should you wish shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail (info@qvevri-vino.de) before placing an order and please name the articles with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and costs.

* IMPORTANT NOTE for deliveries to EU countries outside of Germany:

The offer prices for our products and shipping costs include the value added tax applicable for Germany. For deliveries to other EU countries, we are legally obliged to calculate the VAT rate of the recipient country.

** IMPORTANT NOTE for deliveries to Non- EU countries:

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases which we are not responsible for and which you are responsible for. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example, transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (such as customs duties). Calculation of the delivery date​

The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after issuing the payment order to the referring bank or other types of payment on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

Other shipping information

On our shipping confirmation by email under the heading: "comments on ordering and delivery" is a link to the tracking. This gives you the opportunity to get an overview of the shipment status of your order.

All deliveries are professionally packed in certified bottle cartons. We process and inspect your package (s) with the utmost care and strictest possible delivery times.

What to do if a delivery is still out of order?
For damaged or even fragile packaging, we ask you to report the damage directly to the parcel carrier.
If there is any other reason for the complaint, we ask you to contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Sales and delivery restriction

Alcoholic beverages are sold according to the applicable youth protection laws exclusively to persons over 16 or 18 years. Please note that parcels with alcoholic beverages can only be accepted by persons of legal age. Therefore, please ensure that the delivery can be accepted by an adult (i.e. a person who is over 18 years old).
 

B. Payment Information:

Paypal

Only a few steps to payment:
1. select "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal and credit card via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.qvevri-vino.de).
 

Payment in advance by bank transfer

Please transfer the total amount to our bank account within 7 days. We ship the goods after you have executed the payment order.
 

Invoice

The purchase price is due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price is payable within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the invoice without deductions, unless otherwise agreed.
Only selectable for registered customers within the EU from the 2nd order and only up to a maximum gross invoice amount of 500.00 €.
