Chinuri

Chinuri or Chinebuli

The Chinebuli grape variety, also known as "Chinuri", is mainly distributed in central Kartli and is also used as a table grape. The name of the Chinuri wine comes from one version of the Georgian word "chini", which means "yellow-green", and another version from the Georgian word "chinebuli", which means "the best, magnificent, beautiful".
