A dry Saperavi by Marani from the protected microzone Napareuli

The village of Napareuli is located in the northeast of Kakheti at the foot of the Caucasus. The Saperavi grapes are harvested by hand at optimum maturity. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. After that, the wine is further matured through an 8-10 month storage in 225L oak barrels.
