Marani Pirosmani, the medium-dry Saperavi, named after a georgian artist.

The Saperavi grapes from the Kakheti region are harvested by hand at optimum maturity. The fermentation of the Pirosmani wine takes place in a stainless steel tank. When the optimum sweetness and acidity are reached, the fermentation is stopped by cooling.
