Marani Saperavi, popular red wine from Kakheti

Saperavi is the flagship among Georgian grape varieties. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimum maturity. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by storage, part of it for 3-4 months in french oak barrels.
