The Tvishi by Marani, a mountain wine made of Tsolikauri grapes

The village Tvishi is surrounded by the mountain region Racha- Lechkhumi, with its geographically protected viticulture area. The grapes are harvested by hand from the end of October to the beginning of November with optimum maturity. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. Upon reaching the optimum sweetness and acidity, the fermentation is stopped by cooling.
