Typical wine by Marani, in the style of the capital Tbilisi

The Tbilisuri translates as: "descending from Tbilisi", but is made in Kakheti. The grapes of mostly Rkatsiteli and some Mtsvane are picked by hand at optimum maturity. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. When the optimum sweetness and acidity are reached, the fermentation is stopped by cooling.
