The Rose Nitsa SB Qvevri by Tchotiashvili

Tchotiashvili only uses grapes from their own vineyards in Saniore, Kakheti region. SB stands for "Specially Bottled". Each bottle is subject to strict control and may only be sold after signature by the winemaker. The quantity is limited, each bottle has its own unique number. Montepulciano refined with Tavkveri, a highest class Rose Qvevri wine with a berry fruity fresh aroma. The fermentation takes place with skin contact for 3 days in Qvevri. Further fermentation for 20 days without skin in Qvevri is followed by aging in oak barrels for 3 months.
Nitsa is the daughter of the winemaker Kakha Tchotiashvili. At the age of 7 it was her wish to make rosé wine.
