The ancient vine variety Kisi by Qvevri Wine Cellar


This Kisi Qvevri from the Gurjaani region in Kakheti is made in Qvevri according to ancient Georgian tradition. The Kisi grapes are gently pressed and fermented together with the skin and seeds. The natural maturation of the wine in qvevri takes 6-7 months.
