Tsinandali by Winery of the Future, wine with protected desigantion of origin

The Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes are picked by hand at the peak of ripeness. After the stems have been removed, the grapes are gently squeezed in a pneumatic press. The purified self-extracted juice is fermented in a stainless steel tank at a specified temperature (15-18°C). After fermentation, the wine is transferred to another tank for further aging.
