Alazani Valley, medium sweet wines from Kakheti by Marani

The Alazani Valley extends over large parts of Kakheti. The grapes of the types Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane are harvested at optimum ripeness by hand. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. When the optimum sweetness and acidity are reached, the fermentation is stopped by cooling.
