Traditional Kakhetian white wine from Marani

The Rkatsiteli grapes are picked by hand at optimum maturity. Gently pressed and fermented using traditional kachetian technology with skin and seeds for 10-14 days in a stainless steel tank. Thereafter, the wine is transferred to a new stainless steel tank for further refining.
